NAPAR CONTRACTING AND ALLIED SERVICES, Inc (NCAS, Inc.) is a Philippine based job contracting/ outsourcing company. We started locally in 1993 and immediately became one of the leading Consultancy, Manpower & Logistics Providers for the following Business Processes:

  • Raw Material Sourcing & Procurement
  • Manufacturing
  • Construction and Building Maintenance
  • Billing & Collection
  • Bookkeeping & Accounting
  • Sales, Marketing & Distribution

In 1995, we added software development as part of our Management Services. This catered to our local clients wishing to automate their processes.

Then in 2002, with the influx of local clients and entry of our first International Client, NCAS, Inc. made Software Development a separate division, with own budget, office and organization.

Our Software Development Division alone has over 100 world-class Engineers, Developers and I.T. personnel working full-time and part-time. We pride ourselves as being able to deliver... deliver quality projects and deliver them on time.

We adhere to industry's best practices, and constantly implement latest technologies, tools and techniques to effectively improve our processes and promote innovative ideas. Our over 15 years of Software Development experience enabled us to develop matured and structured methodologies and will continue to conform strictly to these rules to provide the best value for our customers.

In 2006, our COMMITMENT, PASSION and DELIVERY opened the doors to other opportunities. Several of our existing IT clients back then, proposed that we add Technical Support and Customer Service to our services. A few years later, we became a full-blown offshore contact center provider both for inbound and outbound campaigns, with operations for North America and Asia-Pacific. As an innovator in the contact center industry, we create a successful balance between American management principles, sophisticated contact center technology, dedicated Filipino call center agents, and simplified pricing.

But there are two things that matter most to us, 1) our staff and 2) our clients. Our Engineers, call center professionals and other personnel are productive not simply because they excelled and came from the best schools in the Philippines, but also because they are happily working together.
